Jeremy is a musician, songwriter, and Master of Social Work student at Kennesaw State University. His passion for mental health and music has inspired Jeremy to pursue a career as a therapist focused on channeling healing through creativity. He has experience working with children, teens, young adults, and parents utilizing trauma-informed best practices and behavioral interventions.
Neil brings a wealth of talent and experience to the table. A true musical powerhouse, he has performed on some of the world’s biggest stages and platforms, including Coachella, Ellen DeGeneres, MTV Video Music Awards, NPR Tiny Desk, Austin City Limits, and Bonnaroo. He’s collaborated with legends like The Dungeon Family, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Future, the Migos, Young Thug, Chris Brown, and Zaytoven, among countless others.
Currently, Neil is part of the new group Kneel’n Rey, alongside Ray Murray of Organized Noize and Dungeon Family, and is pursuing his solo project called ARCHANGEL.
With over a decade of teaching experience in vocals, guitar, bass, and songwriting, Neil’s approach is constructive, inspiring, and tailored to each client. Neil is QPR-trained in suicide prevention, has trained with our team, and is therapeutically minded in all he does. He approaches each session with a heart-centered focus, helping clients grow musically, emotionally, and creatively.
Jamila Minnifield has over a decade of experience working with families and children, specializing in neurodivergence, trauma, and complex family dynamics. Bringing with her the experiences from wilderness therapy, she integrates creativity, movement, and outdoor connection into her approach.
She holds degrees from Georgia Southern University and Argosy University, with expertise in Autism Spectrum diagnoses, ADHD, complex trauma, and transracial adoption. Passionate about coaching parents of neurodivergent children, she helps build healthy communication, resilience, and connection. With eight years in Georgia’s foster care system, Jamila focused on family reunification and adoption. She is trained in CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Brainspotting, and Motivational Interviewing, emphasizing connection and emotional experience over traditional talk therapy.
An advocate for diversity in therapeutic spaces, she is dedicated to increasing BIPOC representation and supporting families in navigating cultural and identity complexities. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, fly-fishing, and exploring the outdoors as part of her healing philosophy.
Liz Webb is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in supporting youth and young adults through mental health and substance abuse challenges. Drawing on a diverse range of therapeutic approaches—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy—Liz empowers clients to build on their inherent strengths and achieve personal growth.
Her own journey in recovery informs an empathetic approach that fosters authentic connections with individuals facing similar struggles. She specializes in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood regulation difficulties, substance use, obsessive or compulsive patterns, LGBTQIA+ issues, grief processing, and neurodiversity, ensuring that every client feels seen, supported, affirmed, and safe in a non-judgmental space.
Liz’s method is grounded in mindfulness and the practical teaching of distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and communication skills, providing clients with effective tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether clients are looking to process deep emotional issues, set and achieve meaningful goals, or move toward the person they aspire to become, Liz is dedicated to accompanying them on their journey.
With professional credentials as an LAPC and NCC and academic foundations from Mercer and Samford Universities, Liz is committed to helping clients connect with their true gifts, fostering authentic growth and alignment with their inner wisdom.
Dr. Mary Gay is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked as an independent practitioner since 1995 seeing children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. She has worked in a variety of settings including adolescent, addiction and mental health programs. She taught at Argosy University in the Counseling Department for 12 years. Dr. Mary works from an integrative model of change in the context of providing warmth, encouragement and authentic positive regard as the basis of transformation. Her specialties include working with trauma and addiction from an attachment perspective.
She is married with an adult daughter, and 2 dogs (Noodle and Nola) and likes to hike and be in nature, puzzle, listen to music and travel.
Adam takes very seriously his humanistic and person centered mentoring work with his clients, always leading by example and sharing his experiences as a way to support and guide. Adam is grounded in love, truth, holistic growth and compassionate care for all the youth and families he serves. Adam is also currently studying Psychology at Kennesaw State University.
Adam loves being in nature and going on hikes with his amazing dog Bridget.
Erin has been in the mental health field in a multitude of capacities for years and her heart has always been devoted to serving youth and families in need. Her unwavering commitment to helping families find the best therapeutic support shines through in all she does. Erin has been sober since 2011 and has devoted her life to helping others recognize that they are capable of tuning into their best selves and living lives of deep meaning and purpose. Erin serves our team and the families we support with superior ethical integrity and deep compassion and understanding and we are so blessed to have her as part of our crew.
Erin is super active in the sober recovery community, loves off-roading and live music, but most of all Erin loves being married to her amazing wife Amanda and being a mom to her incredible daughter Blake.
As the CEO of Eternal Strength, Alison Robins is dedicated to creating transformative spaces for healing, growth, and empowerment. With over a decade of experience guiding families through developmental support services, parenting resources, and specialized care, she understands the importance of holistic well-being.
In addition to her leadership at Eternal Strength, Alison brings expertise in holistic healing modalities, including Reiki, Pranic Healing, and sound healing using tuning forks. Her passion for advocacy, community connection, and intuitive healing allows her to support individuals and families on their journey toward deeper self-awareness and resilience.
Outside of her work, Alison loves spending as much time as possible outdoors with Wes and their two beautiful daughters, Story and River.
Joining the Eternal Strength crew all the way from Nashville, Tennessee is Abbey Crane— a singer, songwriter, musician, and author who has a passion for finding opportunity to foster connection and growth.
A graduate of Belmont University with formal studies in music and entrepreneurial business, Abbey is a beautiful example of balancing diligent work with deep attunement. We at Eternal Strength experience her net of loving kindness being cast wide throughout her community.
Abbey understands what it means to stay open to life’s organic course, and that finding our own individual psychic health is possibly our most sacred artistic process. We are so thankful to have Abbey as a part of our Eternal Strength family.
Mike is a Therapeutic Mentor here at Eternal Strength Youth Center. Mike has spent the last several years transforming every aspect of his life.
He has been on the path to his highest self and he isn’t afraid to be completely transparent and share his truths, experiences, and philosophies for anyone who wants to heal themselves.
He brings an intense, raw, yet fun energy to his work with youth and young adults that makes him able to really connect with them. Mike is a true light worker and healer.
Andrew is an amazing therapeutic mentor here at Eternal Strength. Andrew has been with us since the earliest days and continues to offer sacred space for youth from all walks of life. Andrew’s personal experience of growth and development allows him to align with youth maneuvering a wide range of challenges and adversity.
Andrew is calm, engaged, confident and caring in all he does and loves to provide guidance, support, mentorship and care for youth and families. Andrew has a vast amount of past experience working in the mental health field and in arenas of substance abuse and recovery.

Smitty is a holistic healer on all fronts. Smitty weaves his psycho-spiritual exploration and practices into his therapeutic work with clients and families in a woven tapestry of authentic alignment and connection.
He believes in the importance of creating and carving unique and individual sacred space for each human soul he works with. His heartfelt connection to nature, body/mind attunement and meditation allow him to offer mind/ body/ soul guidance and support to all youth on their journey of growth.
Smitty has worked in numerous facilities providing psychotherapy to individuals and families struggling with a multitude of challenges, i.e. substance abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, and many other arenas.
Smitty is an ally to families and clients moving through the journey of developmental growth and brings his authentic voice as a holistic healer to provide empowerment, guidance and insight for all those he works with. Also, he’s got one of the best mustaches in the world and can outrun a cheetah
Tai is compassionate, insightful, creative and a natural therapeutic healer. Tai views his role in this world as a bridge of the creative self to a spiritual path.
He works with the inspirations and intent of others to build an atmosphere of sacredness to help manifest a result charged by those forces.

Our founder, Dr. Weston Robins, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a visionary leader in the realm of Radical Youth Work. Dr. Wes has been an advocate both in practice and in academia for a truly humanistic and person-centered approach since he has been in the field– serving youth across levels of care from emergency stabilization to finding their own purpose and spiritual path.
Dr. Wes has spent more than a decade dreaming of a place where youth and clinicians can experience mutual liberation and come into greater mental freedom together, a center where the binds of standardized sociological pressures are cut away and every youth’s inner wisdom can rise up as an undimmable beacon of light and joy.
Dr. Wes serves the team at Eternal Strength with the same value system as he does the families that come to the center, building sacred space, bolstering each individual’s divine strengths, and creating space for synchronicity and enlightenment.
